IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS (Advt. No. 1/2023)

• Candidates are advised to go through the vacancies earmarked for various categories in the Advertisement before applying.
• Start date for submitting the online application form is 11:00 AM, 15^thSeptember 2023.
• Last date for submitting the online application form is on or before 05:00 PM, 26^thOctober 2023.
• Please go through HowToApply menu, before filling the online application form
• Please read the detail advertisement on https://www.iitk.ac.in/new/recruitment before filling online application form
• The Application fee of Rs. 1000/- & Rs. 500/-(for SC/ST Applicants) for Group A post and 700/- for Group B and Group C post must be paid through Net Banking or Credit/Debit card option .
• If you have completed payment through payment gateway and the fee amount has been debited from your bank account but for some reason you do not receive payment successful message, please send an email to oaadmin@iitk.ac.in with details of Appl.ref.no., Transaction ID, Transaction date, Bank Name, Pay Mode (Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card). Do not Refresh the page or click the Back link on your browser while your transaction is in process.
• The fee once paid will not be refunded or re-adjusted under any circumstances.
• If you have paid application fees multiple times for same post, the fees will not be refunded under any circumstances. Only the last filled application form will be considered.
• PwDs and Female candidates are not required to pay the application fees for Group A post and SC/ST/PwDs and Female candidates are not required to pay the application fees for Group B & C post.
• Don't use bullets and special character while filling the application form.
• Application is supported with the most recent stable versions of Google Chrome 103.0+, Mozilla Firefox 102.0+ .
