For PG(PhD/MTech/MSR/MDes/MBA/DIIT) Students


Filling in the information and uploading documents

  • This portal is best supported on Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge
  • New PG Students admitted at IIT Kanpur are required to fill in the New Student Profile Online Registration Form.
  • For the first time, you need to select Sign Up. After selecting Sign Up, choose the Exam Name as "PG IITK", and then enter the last 10 digits of your PG Application Ref No. For e.g. if your application No is IITKPG2/Ph.D/CHM/2122003901, then you need to enter 2122003901.
  • After signup, student will receive a Login ID and Password through an auto-generated email to sign-in from oaacad@iitk.ac.in . The email will be sent to the email ID registered at IIT Kanpur PG application.
  • Recent passport size, front facial photograph and clear signatures should be scanned and uploaded in .jpg/.jpeg format with a maximum size of 40 KB each. Other documents should be scanned and uploaded in .pdf format with a maximum size of 1 MB each. Unclear or blurred uploads or pictures of the documents taken from mobile phones will not be accepted.

  • You are requested to fill in correct information and upload genuine documents on the portal. Any false or misleading information may lead to a disciplinary action or cancellation of admission.
  • If any mandatory document is missing, you may upload a signed undertaking wherein you agree to submit that document within 8 weeks from the date of registration.
