Important Instructions

  • If you are new to this website then please click the link Register provided in the top of right panel.
  • The Starting Date of submitting online application is Wednesday, 28 September 2022 (13:30 Hours) .
  • The last Date of submitting application is Friday, 18 November 2022 (23:59 Hours) Thursday, 10 November 2022 (23:59 Hours) .
  • Date of sending the application form should be on or before Monday, 21 November 2022, which will be on the receipt of speed post or courier. Before sending the application form, a scan copy of the posting receipt and demand draft is to be sent to vlmp@iitk.ac.in
  • Applicants should send hard copy of the application on or before Wednesday, 23 November 2022 (17:30 Hours) along with demand draft, all self-attested testimonials, certificates and all supporting documents wherever required without which the application will not be considered.
  • After the last date (Friday, 18 November 2022 (23:59 Hours) ), Applicant who have submitted complete application can trace the status of the application using userid/password.

  • The Application Fee is INR 3,500/- (Non refundable) for Indian nationals and USD 150/- for NRI / Foreign Nationals/ Applications sent from outside India. Demand Draft should be drawn in favor of "Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur", payable at Kanpur, India.
  • Please provide genuine academic, personal, E-mail information and Mobile No for effective communication so that it could be matched with your documents later. E-mail intimation will be sent to you after registration.
  • Please note that the Institute will not be responsible if the recommendation letter is not received within the due date (either hard copy or e-mail). In the absence of the recommendation letter within due date, the application is liable to be rejected.
  • If you are already registered with this site and have trouble signing then check password you are providing is correct and 'CAPS LOCK' is off.
  • If you forgot your password then click the link "Forgot Password", and answer the security question to change your old password.
