Academic Year 2026-27 | 60th Convocation 2026
- The portal is live for graduated students up to the 2026-27 I semester Only to fill the Convocation consent form. While start date of submitting accommodation will be announced later.
- Last date for submitting Convocation Consent Form will be declared soon.
- Dual degree students should use their PG Roll Number to fill in the Consent form and Accommodation.
- Please go through the important instructions before filling the form.
- The Convocation fee is Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) payable online. The Degree Certificate, Grade sheet etc. will be given only to the students who have cleared all dues and have paid the Convocation fee.
- If you do not wish to be present in person for the Convocation ceremony, the degree certificate, grade sheet etc. will be sent by post after you complete the No-dues and pay the Convocation fee.
- Please do not Refresh the page or click the Back link on your browser while your transaction is in process.

- If you have completed payment through payment gateway and the fee amount has been debited from your bank account but for some reason you do not receive payment successful message, please send an email to akt@iitk.ac.in / oaadmin@iitk.ac.in with details of Roll No, Transaction ID, Transaction date, Bank Name, Payment Gateway Name, Pay Mode (UPI, Net Banking & Credit/Debit Card).
