57th Convocation

  • The portal will open on June 07, 2024 [12:30 Hours].
  • Extended Last date for submitting Convocation Consent Form till June 23, 2024 [23:59 Hours]June 22, 2024 [23:59 Hours]
  • Last date for submitting Accommodation request is June 27, 2024 [23:59 Hours].
  • Dual degree students should use their PG Roll Number to fill in the Consent form and Accommodation.
  • Please go through the important instructions before filling the form.
  • The Convocation fee is Rs. 1800/- (Rupees One Thousand Eight Hundred Only) payable online. The Degree Certificate, Grade sheet etc. will be given only to the students who have cleared all dues the have paid the Convocation fee.
  • If you do not wish to be present in person for the Convocation ceremony, the degree certificate, grade sheet etc. will be sent by post after you complete the No-dues and pay the Convocation fee.
  • The accommodation charges to attend the Convocation ceremony are Rs.320/- per student, per day. This includes room rent and bedding charges (bedding includes one mattress, one bed sheet, one pillow with cover, one bucket, one mug). The accommodation will be provided during 27th June to 1st July, 2024. [Check-in time: 8:00 AM and Check-out time 8:00 AM].
  • Institute will not be able to provide accommodation to the family members accompanying the degree recipient.
  • The Degree Recipients should apply for accommodation after paying the accommodation charges in SBI-icollect  (CONVOCATION ACCOMMODATION CHARGES) :- Click Here
  • The accommodation payment made is non-refundable/non-transferable
  • Please do not Refresh the page or click the Back link on your browser while your transaction is in process.
  • Do not use Bullets and special character when inputting information.
  • Do not use copy and paste command.

  • If you have completed payment through payment gateway and the fee amount has been debited from your bank account but for some reason you do not receive payment successful message, please send an email to akt@iitk.ac.in / oaadmin@iitk.ac.in with details of Roll No, Transaction ID, Transaction date, Bank Name, Payment Gateway Name, Pay Mode (Net Banking & Credit/Debit Card).
